Customer terms

Submitting an enquiry does not itself form a contract. Request a written quotation naming the contracting trader and setting out the work, materials, inclusions, exclusions, total price including any applicable VAT, payment stages, start date, estimated duration, and any genuine written guarantee.

Any change to the scope or price should be agreed in writing before additional work starts. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other statutory rights remain unaffected. If a deposit is required, its amount and treatment on cancellation should be clear in the quotation.
